These terms and conditions of purchase are presented by iVenture Card Singapore Pte Ltd. Upon purchase of this package (Package), a card (Card), designated by a display of the iVenture logo, will be electronically loaded with a pass (Pass), which may enable the Card holder to obtain certain benefits (Benefits) when the Card is presented to the operators (Operators) as detailed in this website (Website).

By purchasing this Package you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

i) The Unlimited Pass is valid for unlimited redemption of Benefits for a set number of consecutive calendar days from the date of first use;

ii) The Flexi Pack is valid for redemption of a set number of Benefits over a period of one month from the date of Card activation;

iii) You may not return to an Operator to obtain a Benefit a second time;

iv) Refunds for any unused Benefits and lost or stolen Cards will be given at the discretion of iVenture Card Singapore Pte Ltd;

v) Benefits presented in this Website may vary from time to time and as such you should confirm the availability of the Benefit with the Operator prior to use of the Card;

vi) "To the extend permitted by law", iVenture Card Singapore Pte Ltd disclaims all liability arising out of or consequent to your use of the Card, Website and Benefits;

vii) All responsibility for the conduct, quality, availability or other thing in respect of the use of any Benefit is solely borne by the relevant Operator;

viii) iVenture Card Singapore Pte Ltd limits our liability or warranties implied by statute or otherwise by resupplying the relevant services; and

ix) All intellectual property rights used or embodied in or in connection with the Card, Website or any related material is owned or licensed to iVenture Card Singapore Pte Ltd.
