What are the benefits of the See Singapore Pass?
With your See Singapore Pass you will receive great savings and value whether travelling alone or with your family and friends. Your pass offers free admission to a large range of venues in Singapore plus other special offers and discounts.

Your pass comes with a smartcard to enable you to access each venue plus an easy- reference, handy guide to help you with your trip planning and ensure that you get to see and do all the best things available.

Who is the See Singapore Pass for?
Anyone who visits Singapore will benefit from the See Singapore Pass. Your pass is grouped by interest type and region. There is something for everyone. It is perfect for first time visitors, return visitors or locals who are interested in exploring their home town more. Packages include all major attractions, tours and cruises plus the lesser known ones.

Does the See Singapore Pass come with a guide?
Yes. Your See Singapore Pass comes with an easy-reference, color guide, which provides details on participating operators including address, maps, contact details and special offers. Operator details do change from time to time, so it is recommended that you view our online list of attractions & things-to-do and operator websites for the most up-to-date information.

Is there a See Singapore Pass for children?
Yes, there is a large range of exciting attractions and things-to-do, which kids will love. The See Singapore Pass is available for children aged between 3 and 12. No package is necessary for children under 3 years old. Children who are 13 or older will need an Adult package.

Do you have a family See Singapore Pass?
No. There is currently no family pass available and each member of your party will require their own pass. However the savings are substantial for family groups too.

How long is the See Singapore Pass valid for?
The Unlimited Pass is valid for a number of consecutive calendar days (1, 2, 3 or 5 days) from the day of first use (first offer redeemed at any participating attraction). The Flexi Pack is valid for one month from card collection.

Do I have to use it for consecutive days?
Yes. The See Singapore Pass is valid for consecutive days only. It can be purchased as a 1-day, 2-day, 3-day or 5-day pass. If you purchase a 3-day pass and you start to use it on a Tuesday, it will be valid for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of that week.

What time does the See Singapore Pass run out?
Your See Singapore Pass is valid for calendar days, not for 24-hour periods. It will run out on the final day of the duration you purchased. If you purchase a 2-day card and start to use if on a Wednesday, it will be valid for Wednesday and Thursday. If you don’t use the package, it will expire 6 months from purchase.

Does the iVenture card need to be signed?
Yes. All cardholders need to sign the card – both adults and children. For security purposes we recommend that you sign the card as soon as you receive it. Please note that once signed, no refunds or exchanged can be made.

Do I need to show ID needed at the attraction or venue?
No. Your iVenture card is all you need to gain access to the attraction or venue. You will be asked to sign the back of your card before you start to use it. Once you reach your chosen attractions or venues, simply present your card at the admissions point.

Does the See Singapore Pass include all attractions in Singapore?
No. The See Singapore Pass offers free entry to a large range only of the best attractions and venues available in Singapore. The range is growing all the time. For up to date information about the operators in each package view our attractions & things-to-do.

Are the attractions or venues open at all times?
Many of our attractions or venues change their operating hours each day and throughout the course of the year. We recommend contacting them directly to confirm their opening times or visiting their websites to confirm details.

Do I have to pre-book for any tours?
Due to limited availability on some tours and experiences, we do recommend that you call ahead to reserve your place and we have noted these in the pocket guide that accompanies your See Singapore Pass.

Can I book in advance for any tours?
Some of the attractions and experiences do need to be booked in advance. Phone numbers and booking procedures can be found in the pocket guide that accompanies your See Singapore Pass.

Are there any special conditions for the attractions or other venues?
Sometimes special conditions will apply. Where special conditions apply, they have been noted with the operator listings in the easy-reference guide that accompanies your See Singapore Pass. Alternatively you can view our attractions & things-to-do for the most up-to-date information.

Can I buy a See Singapore Pass as a gift?
Yes. The See Singapore Pass is an excellent gift for friends and relatives. When they start using their iVenture cards, they can simply sign the reverse. Cards are activated at the first time it is used. View our Gifts page.
